what size bras fit that 157 body?

28B/60B. C cup might also fit with some brands.

A quick search came up with 180 available in that size (28B) on eBay and 135 on Aliexpress.

I can not guarantee all will fit great, but the ones I have with 28/60 band fits well. I also used that band size on my 140 and other dolls so I have a few. Cups differ from brand to brand, that is why women often need to test a bra before buying.
