Ridges and Wrinkles
I've tried a very warm micro fiber wash cloth to get rid of those indents/creases as well as putting a light towel over the area and heating it a bit with a hair dryer on low for maybe a minute-all to no avail. Any suggestions as I'm fresh out of thoughts.

It looks like the knee joint smacked through. ???
Repairs like these are where the artistic talent working with these dolls is needed. Some of the area can be smoothed out with hot air rework station.
A whole other topic on it's own, per usual.
Around the indent in knee, looks like abrasions from friction.
The foot does not look too bad though.
