WM165K Brie in 'Red Curtains, White Pearls'

Here is the overdue set of photos I took while doing the November photo challenge, which was meant to emulate a Playboy centerfold photo. The first in the series was my idea for the entry -- which I mirrored to put the words in the proper place. While I had her downstairs with all the lighting set up I put her in some other poses and turned it into a small photo set.

For those who have not met her, Brie is a WM Dolls 165cm K-cup doll in natural skin tone, with blue eyes, and the large nipples and areola options. Her wig is RLSD's #11 middle part long blond. Unlike most dolls, she usually wears glasses. You can see more of her at her introduction thread or her Halloween photoshoot.

These photos were digitally retouched to increase the blueness of her eyes, enhance the reflection of the pearls (especially the worn out ones), and remove neck lines. Apologies for the somewhat washed out look - I apparently had too much lighting but didn't realize it until I looked at the photos on my PC.

The long pearl strand is something I picked up at a thrift market a few days before she arrived. Although fake and with a few pearls worn out, I love its length for all the possibilities it provides. More recently I found a bracelet to match, which she wears as an anklet in these photos. The earrings were purchased at the local Belk store on Black Friday when they had some faux jewelry 70% off. All three pearl items I paid less than $4 each to acquire.

The panties she wears in the middle part of the set can be purchased on Amazon for about $7. They are lovely, fit her hips perfectly, and have high contrast fabric which is great to the touch. I have a pair of white as well.

The red-framed glasses, like every pair she owns, were purchased at a bargain store for $2 or $3.

Her lipstick is KleanColor #15, Brick Rose.

Thank you, JunkGuy, for the update to your Centerfold photo shoot. Brie is a lovely woman; truly your Scandinavian Goddess. When in the same room with her, I can hardly image how you could take your eyes off of her (or your hands, for that matter).

Taking advantage of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, and inspired by you, Devildoc, James1966 and others, I am awaiting the arrival of my own WM165 K-Cup Goddess.

Excellent work! What are you doing to hide the seam at the head and neck? #12 in particular shows that and I've seen the same in some other photos from you.

A patch with makeup?

Digitally. I use the smudge tool to blend back and forth from the area above the line and the area below the line until it looks like its faded away. If you zoom in enough maybe you can tell its been faked - I'm only going for good, not perfect.

I do like the angles were I don't have to retouch though. I spend more time cleaning up these photos than taking them.

I have to spend a lot of time getting her hair ready for a shoot as well. Being so incredibly long it takes several hours to wash, dry, and comb. I even had to make my own wig stand becuase the one I bought on Amazon is lousy for long hair, which is obviously top heavy to the backside (even more so when wet) so the stand just kept falling over. Shoot day starts by washing her hair and by the time its dry and combed and ready to go on her head I've done her makeup, got her dressed, setup the lighting and environment, carried her to environment, and eaten a meal or two. I'm serious - it probably takes me a good four or five hours to wash, dry, and comb her hair. But its so worth it.
