I was unaware that soft skin and hollow breasts were an option. I thought they were standard on the WM 166C. According to this You Tube video, you have to specify soft skin and hollow breasts, is this true?

Ultra soft Tpe imo is more real to the touch, I use to get hollow breast before I knew about softer tpe so I get solid now and much more realistic.
