I tried to register on the Doll Album page but it said "user does not exist", which doesn't make sense because I'm trying to create a new account, so I gave up after 3 tries.

Thanks lovingchanj but my problem isn't posting pictures, it was registering with The Doll Album, a sub-forum to the Doll Forum.

You have to apply for an account. email support@dollforum.com and one of the admins will set it up for you

Oh yes haremlover is right you hafta set up the account with the mod and don't forget to check your email for his link. It doesn't come through the PM system.
