Judging by the change in the shape of the breasts from the laying on back pose to the leaning on elbows one, it would appear that they have both weight, and softness.
I would think they would respond well to reshaping by a push-up bra.
Would you please post a few pics of her wearing one to confirm this?

Very nice. I'm on the lookout for a doll that looks like a larger version of the 135cm Tiffany although I've completely fallen in love with this face and they don't do this one on the larger dolls:

Has anyone made any pic sets of the 158cm yet or is it too new?

This specific head fits the 153cm body.
