If you don't find it I would suggest to look for a triclosan-based soap. It's antibacterical and it's usually indicated in HACCP environments.
Personally I'm fine with it.

All what I do is playing with a female condom (much better of male condom, you can wash and reuse it several times) so no need to clean everytime. Then, regardless how much she gets dirty, I weekly give her a thorough cleaning, also applying a mild disinfectant (isopropyl alcohol-based), stop. I repeat I live in a wet area, my home is often wet, in almost three months of owning my TPE doll never had mold problems

I bought JOHNSON’S® baby powder, 500g cost 2$. It's a talc powder.

For desinfenction I bougth Fleshwash from Fleshlight. It's a triclosan-based spray. Price is about 5$.

Now I need something to wash my doll. What do you think about Johnson's baby HEAD-TO-TOE® wash? This wash do not drying like soap. https://www.johnsonsbaby.com/baby-wash/ ... -body-wash

and JOHNSON’S® baby bubble bath and wash for some fun

Can I use them for my doll, or is soap better?

I don't know, I've never tried those soaps.
I think every soap could work well.
Just take a look at the ingredients, I would avoid soaps/gel containing "Dimethicone".
It's a silicone substance and those ones could be harmful for TPE.

By wash for some fun I hope you don't mean immersing her in the bathtub!
Absolutely not advisable in my opinion

It's best to err on the side of caution and be slightly paranoid. :)

The manufacturer recommends detergent. Detergent works well.
笑. It's good for you.
