And sure, she could, but most probably wouldn't due to the troubled history between Ireland and the UK (well, mostly England). But hey, she could be Scottish, they're known for red hair and they're part of the United Kingdom

She could be both Irish (red hair) and British (union jack top): Northern Ireland is part of the UK. (Southern Ireland -- Eire -- is a separate country.)

I love this doll.

Would it be possible to order her without eyebrows? I know it sounds strange, but I have a certain look in mind and black eyebrows don't go well with silver hair.... unless you are on Game of Thrones and you are the mother of dragons.
