Really get your Vendor to emphasize with WM about properly packaging your doll for shipment. Its obvious WM is overloaded right now and trying their best to rush out orders, and in doing so negligence can happen. It is unfortunate what happened to your shipment Mimik, I hope it gets resolved. Even though it seems like most vendors can only communicate with WM by WeChat these days, my 2 cents tommie, let your Vendor know to please communicate to WM about the packaging and to do it properly.

Thanks Dolllover. Good advice, as I know WM have been under serious pressure and mistakes can and will happen.
