I've been to their websites and checked their shipping options. Most do not ship to Africa at all. I've found one vendor (not affiliated to this site) that will but for obvious reasons and the investment involved I want to be 100% confident about a secure purchase.

Waiting for a response from 1 or 2 of the TDF vendors
