Some question about the WM Head#153

I recently saw a very impressive head which is WM DOLL HEAD#153 on Aliexpress, since I saw that face, i knew that i had fall in love with her, she just looks like a fancy elf or goddess. But the wired thing is i can't find any information about her on forum and even i searched on Google, the only image that i saw her is on Aliexpress, so I'm wondering is that face had against some of the law or policy in North America or what? I really wanna get one asap but fear about that custom will gonna fck me up once the head arrived lol. Is there anyone who had purchased that or got some information about it?

I see that head available for sale on quite a few different sites. Some are vendors listed here in the vendor section of the forum, so I would imagine there are no laws against purchasing it.

When searching I found two different heads with three TDF vendors listing for a wm #153 head.

I couldn't pull up the AliExpress page on mobile, but looking at Google images and with your discription it seems the SSD/DHSA links are what your looking for.
