Stay tough, DDM. If things go sour know you have the community behind you, but I suppose we will need to wait for the details to surface first. Anyway, situations like this are never nice, and I have deep deep sympathy for you whatever did happen as we all know how connected you were with Timea.

My condolences on whatever the problem(s) may be. Perhaps the vendor can go to bat for you. I had a problem that materialized sooner than yours and it was an obvious defect at the factory they let slip through. The one involved in letting her pass through inspection is no longer there and my vendor went to bat for me and I received a new girl. That process was also expedited due to such an early loss. I hope for you the same.

Thank you guys, your sympathy this is what I really appreciate in this difficult time.

My vendor has opened the door again....... That is already a good sign.
I immediately gave them a text and explanation that they should join the forum here in the future.

For the rest I leave it here and I do not say content that can harm. Behind the doors everything is going on and I do not want to interfere with that.

It is now having patience and trust because that is the best.

And until that time I will wait for her because we belong together.

Damn, I am literally a couple of hours away from delivery to my door and I discovered your unfortunate situation. I can only hope this doesn't happen to me as well. Fingers crossed for your doll to get replaced and the photo sessions to return soon.
Do these sorts of factory mishaps happen often?
