Yea that makes sense to me. The 160 would have more meat on her and more surface area in general also. Which would mean there is more forgiveness in errors making themselves known. So if like the skeleton was just a bit forward in the mold during casting and there was also an airbubble that formed in that area; having more material over the top of the spot of the air bubble would mean its less likely to blow out.And having a greater surface area would mean the stretch distance would be lessened some which wouldn't agitate and wear through the material as harshly.
