Glad to help. Well the pubs are usually implanted, so they can't ship that separately. Best they could do now is supply you with a stick on merkin or refund part of your money. Of course they could always send the outfit you paid for separate. The other thing, unless it was specifically stated otherwise are generally extra cost ad-ons. Although, some manufacturers do through in a few premiums from time to time. I got a cleaning kit, a hanging hook and a chunk of TPE with mine.
Definitely bug your vendor about it though. Whatever you ordered and paid for should have been included.
The hair and clothes outfit was paid for as was the standing foot. The foot was fine and it had a tongue option which I added. In short, the accessories I got were the gloves, wig comb, hook and an irrigator-that was about it. They did add a pink nightie I guess was just thrown in.
Just a few pics of Abby for your viewing critiquing. I'll say this-that's one heavy gal! Wig is not on perfect, I just wanted to see what it looked like.

Sounds like you got what extras are usually included. Some don't get that much. The only issue is with the paid for items. Outfit and pubes. Contact you vendor and ask for compensation.
I have some knee socks but those won't fit her-they're for Bella. I need to get some for Abby but not sure about her leg size. She's definitely bigger than the little one...legs look more "normal".
Something else I wasn't too happy with but can live with is the frost bitten color of the fingers and her ears. The hair will hide that but the fingers will always be shown. Both are actually more white than the pictures show. Am I being too critical? The other doll wasn't like that.
She is light. I think the blush on her face is making her nose and ears seem even lighter. Not sure about the fingers. could be the TPE is just less dense in those areas. In any event, she really looks great.
Just curious, did you get her from one of the regular vendors here?
I received a new custom wig today and of course, couldn't get it on fast enough to see how she'd look. It is definitely her! I like it much better than the one I got with her. I'm still in love with her butt.
My back is still together so, maybe I've been lucky moving her about. Hardest thing was getting her off the bed, legs positioned right to stand her up. One leg wanted to go south on me as I was "walking" here to the cabinet I leaned her against and I thought I was in trouble but managed to get it straightened out. No easy task, however.
