tall - deep - light weight? pick two?

got a 140 - unsure of real weight, would like a lighter one, also bottomed her out - wrecked. need deeper than standard. does deep exist in a non-amazon sized, 2 ton model?
I read over that DOLL WEIGHT thread, and still confused.
If I had to choose, WEIGHT would be my first criteria. TALL is only to get the DEEP. DEEP would be second criteria.
Any ideas in sub $2000 range? Lightest, and deep I guess. seems like a conflict of design physics though
