Of course....if you want to get the rights to use the name along with the exact likeness but there are literally hundreds of Lara Croft faces aside from the official ones developed by games studio. CGI artists give their own interpretation. She doesn't have one face.

All you would do as a doll manufacturer is generate another Lara croft-like face and name her something different.

This new doll face looks a bit like Olivia Wilde for instance.
