If people can do DOGGIE with a YL 165 and this new model has better placement, logic dictates doggie will be fine, but please note, she is a heavy doll....124 lbs.

So with the mass of her, man that is even heavier than the she devil Tank, the standing but bent at the waist with her formarms and elbows bent to support her top mass on the bed (see image)

Will be least likely to damage dolly.

Examining the anus placement the angle of attack looks good, but still two inches or so of butt cleavage that you got to manage. As for rear vaginal, the vagina looks forward biased due to thigh girth, so rear entry has about another inch od material that will effect penetration, but she should be fine in forward access missionary.
