The documentary is complete now. We are entering it in film festivals around the world starting in September when I get back from LA. The festivals hopefully produce a distribution contract for broadcast/theater and DVD's.
Interesting enough we already have a world wide distribution house interested in singing us up, so the festivals are more just to show how well received it is.
It has been doing will with mixed audiences, of all ages. It is lighter and more entertaining than G&D, but at the same time has very strong and diverse interviews. No sensationalism. Just pure strength of content. Sometimes the truth can seem more sensational than the fiction
DVD's will not likely be available until after the broadcasts have run their course.
I am showing the final in LA at the meet. It is quite different than the rough edit shown at Hershey and the UK with two significant segments added and one removed. Lot's of tightening up.
