Looks like DS robot dolls are here?

Shows you can get a few popular ds heads on her too, like leaf.
Anyone have any review info on these?
It looks like theyre working on doing a full waist up version next instead of just the head., so robot arms etc!

Nope...…...….they've been pushing these vids out every few months for the past 18 months but with little or no info about progress and or timescales. Frankly, it's getting a little tiresome.

It would be good for John/Steven to give us a proper update.

Ya I see that now, they havent updated their head pre order page either.
Almost 2020 and the pre order head page still shows its coming 2018.
Maybe more like head >> desk

Yeah its all just fluff for now at least. I doubt any of the humans in the video are even developers, or in the case of video: businessmen looking to invest.

I mean the rooms they shoot these in look like more like show rooms anyway.
Obligatory Statement: In my opinion.

I still wonder what happened to those standalone robotic heads for regular doll bodies that you could pre-order. Did these ever become a product to ship? Or did they refund?

It's too bad, because I really liked that concept as it would be much more affordable and not too complex to maintain. I hope that modularity is still part of the plan.

Looking at their videos, its either complete bs to get investors, or they are simply skipping doing only the head and are working on arms/torso/legs for a package deal. They have a few vids showing a silicone doll with working arms, which would be nice, and ideal since that automatically eliminates finger wires, but theres really no updates for us.

Hi Friends,

I own Kayla hard silicone version, and I also working with some machanic project.
As I see DSDOLL is still in developing prototype, the problem to fix is how to make them durable to use. original video use plastic gearbox, and it's easily brake.
I think they also find the way to impliment with matel or aliminium. also about power supply issue.
I think they might not use arduino and plastic gear motor with heads. cheap but broken fast, you don't want that (I think)
