Looking to order "Bunch" but have some questions/ concerns

Hello all,
I am looking to order "Bunch". I am in the US and was wondering if others in the US had any issues with customs holding the doll or requesting more money for her to be released from them? I have read on other sites (different items) that they can do that.
How has the US orders been going through customs?
Thanks and very excited to order if I decide to go through them. So far Joy has been great answering my questions. So customer service seems to be great.

Bunch is the name for the doll. If you type that into the search function on their site you will find her. Weird name I know but that's what it says!

As far as customs, you're fine.. this doll will not be a problem at all..
And I've never experienced customs charging release fees like in other countries.

Looks like a Bunch of Hotness!.... As far as I know US Customs does not seize Dolls or Hold them, this is being done in the UK & Australia and possibly Canada as well as other parts of the world if the doll is under a certain size. US customs may inspect the Doll though, if this info is wrong please correct...
