that is my concern as well. I have successfully cut a vaginal opening in TPE to be much larger. It actually created a bunch of natural textures to the surface but the opening of this doll looks way too small. About jussssst right for a squirrel.

I can tell you in built/ fixed Vagina is the way to go tubb
Forget the inserts as they aren't realistic and sooner or later it won't even resemble a vagina as it begins to tear at the edges of the opening no matter how well you take care trying to prevent it.
Fixed vag is the only option in my opinion if you want realism that lasts years and years.
