Beautiful Dolls order [Doll replacement experience/review]

Hi y'all.
I purchased a Sanhui Elfie doll from Beautiful Dolls couple of months ago and wanna share the experience.
I had to replace the doll body because the breasts were defected.

Here is my experience, some numbers and the order process [all via email]:

1.[09/07/2017] Order specification sent.
2.[10/07/2017] Payment sent.
3.[14/07/2017] Received 3 pictures of my doll from the Manufacturer.
4.Manufacturing+shipping/ China->Europe/ Door 2 Door = 3 weeks.
5.[31/07/2017] UPS delivered my doll.


After about 3 weeks [was away on holiday/ doll was stored safely], the dolls breasts [gel implants] became defected:

6.[04/09/2017] I contacted Beautiful dolls about this matter and was given 2 options. I have chosen a body replacement.
7.[11/09/2017] Paid for the replacement body shipment.
8.[27/09/2017] The replacement body arrived.
9.We all lived happily ever after !

The overall experience of my order was really straight forward.
Communication was simple and swift.
I got the UPS tracking information as soon as it was available.
The price was lower then the manufacturer RRP.
Beautiful dolls took care of all the EU import paperwork.

✭✭✭✭✭ To round it up, I can only HIGHLY recommend putting your order through Beautiful dolls. ✭✭✭✭✭
