Yeah, and strange as it sounds, it breaks my heart to come back to the room to find her laying awkwardly on the floor. When that happened I had to take her to bed for a good cuddle- but it was almost like...it's more for me than for her lol.

Oh, I would agree too. If I found Eryka had fallen over. Oh if her face got gashed or something because of such a fall? Yeah that would be pretty upsetting. I always double and even triple checked her if I left her standing and I never left her standing unsupported for any length of time. Either she was laying down on my bed, or she was in her closet in the basement. When in the closet, I had a bungee going under one of her arms and it was held from a clothes rod from above. Supported in that manner, she couldn't fall over.

I definitely miss interacting with her now that she is boxed up.

Totally agree. For me dressing them, taking pics is basically the foreplay since, well, as far as real foreplay goes, you can't get much from these ladies lol. Also i can never get my gf to wear what I can my doll lovers, so dressing them, shopping for them is fulfilling what's been missing in our relationship in a big way.

Same here. My wife rarely wears the sexy stuff I buy her and there is certain things like off shoulder tops and halter s which she doesn't wear at all and those are my favorites. Often times when I dress Eryka in such outfits, I don't finish as I get so arroused! Like I said, because she has wide shoulders she looks great in those tops.

there is one tdf'er here that took some awesome pictures of a DS ExLite and man he could dress that doll nice!!! It was an off shoulder too with pleated plaid shirt and tight stockings! Heck it even got me arroused! I think I just might try an ExLite considering the low cost and I hear the skeletons are pretty good on those dolls.

What kind of head do they come with? I don't remember reading about the head material on those.

That is what I was saying. There are only two head options and they are of the same girl, Kayla. One has the eyes open, the other has them closed. Supposedly there is a fellow that is making adapters for other TPE or Silicone heads. Not sure how that panned out as many said that would make the doll too heavy and prime to tipping over.

Yeah that'd be a real issue alright- the TPE heads aren't exactly lightweight lol.
Dagmar's head's actually on the lighter side of things because it doesn't have a skull inside, but both Stephanie and Riza's heads have bone structure inside and feel pretty solid and heavy.

No, I have noticed that from the insert for Dagmar and the new Venus Clone insert I got is even heavier! Even without a skeleton structure, the Dagmar head has some weight to it. But the body is around 30lbs so the weight seems to be distributed well. But putting that head (or an even heavier one) on the ExLite, I would think would be a problem in terms of posing for photography. Lean her too much one way or the other and the weight of the head will take her down. But for laying in bed, it should be alright.

Yeah, I've always found the Dagmar's forearms and lower legs to be lacking in details. It's almost like these doll makers go "Okay, there's the ass, there's the tits, now we give them thighs and waist, the rest, whatever, they don't need it."

I agree. Exactly as you say. The Dagmar doll is lacking details in the limbs and for me that is a point off on that doll. As I have told you already, I am mostly a limbs guy. I go for the arms and legs before the breasts and butt. On the torso, I go for the neckline and abdomen area first. All I am not the stereotypical T&A guy. Yes, I do look at those parts but mainly for proportion. A woman does need to look somewhat balanced. I have to say that Dagmar is somewhat balanced. Her slightly wider hips and bigger butt draw my attention to that narrow mid section she has. While she has collarbones, you can we them more than feel them. Her shoulders are nice, but I wish they were wider (thicker).

But yeah she has good thighs too.

I remember when I first started to look at dolls, most i saw had exaggerated blobs and butts. The waist was unnaturally thin and so were the lower legs and arms. Very stick figure like limbs. That just turned me off. But then I saw some of the more realistic looking WM dolls and I was like WOW!

I'm more typical in that I go for the tits and ass, but even then I still prefer my women to have good forms and well defined limbs- probably more so cause I'm all tactile.
The super thin waist on most dolls just don't do it for me. But again, I'm into chunkier chicks

Yup! I have noticed with your Textile Doll. Of course, even though you can't see with your eyes, you can still 'see' with your hands. My wife likes it dark when we get close, but I can still 'see' her with my hands. My wife's arms are on the athletic side, so I can feel the muscles beneath her skin on her upper arms moving and THAT is enough for me.

I too liked the slightly 'better' built WM dolls. The 170cm doll with the athletic body. But then I saw the weight at 39kgs. And that was an off figure too! She was actually heavier!

However, as I said, I was out off by a great many things with WM and it's sister companies. As of now, the only TPE company I like is 6YE. Even with silicone, I narrowed the companies down to Z-one, DS Doll, and Sanhui.

For you, I think you would like Z-one best because the dolls are very proportionate and they have a good choice of heads. But some are even heavier than your Stephanie.

For me, because of the weight, DS is my best option. Sadly they are the most expensive, but they also have the best skeleton. But more and more I am starting to like the ExLite. For $400 it is a really good deal. I saw a guy going pretty hard on one on Hamster.com. I was amazed he didn't tear her up! But she is very light and moves around a lot. But I would get her more for photographic purposes as she is very photogenic. Still, I would want to have sex with her. I wish you could have the opportunity to 'we'd her, meaning if you had the opportunity to touch and feel another TDF's ExLite. She is around the same build as your Stephanie, but a bit thinner. Her lower legs are perfect with amazing calves and she can wear heels. I would put her in the tallest heels possible so she would stand 6 foot tall!

Yeah, I actually appreciated that someone posted the Hamster links here, especially the Exlite. That gave me a good idea of what can and can't be done with the doll. I was surprised to learn that the doll can handle a good many positions. But the videos were not in the greatest resolution as I wanted to see if there was any damage in the vaginal area. While the guy wasn't rough with her, he wasn't easy either. I know I could be much easier than he was. The doll is just way too pretty NOT to have sex with her.

At any rate, on that thread were many pictures describing 'safe sex positions' with the ExLite. It seems that the closer you can get the legs together, the better. Legs spread far apart in a missionary position was out of the question. But one fellow commented and had a pretty good idea. The Exlite has removable limbs and he suggested to take the legs off for better access. It does sound like a good idea for wider girth guys like myself. But I don't think I would be fore that. I am not turned on by getting intimate with half a woman.

The guy on Hamster had another interesting way to have sex with his Exlite. He never went all the way inside her. He started inside but then USED HER FEET (with pantyhose on) to finish off. That does sound very interesting. I am wondering if I should try that once I get Eryka out of her box. It could make for an interesting quickie in the event I don't want to clean the insert.

You were not the only one to mention that. Given though the small target market for those wanting a doll, a good size showroom for dolls wouldn't be practical here in NY. Rents are very high here and the cost of upkeep on a facility that could display about 20 to 30 dolls at once would probably require the sale of about four or five $3000 dolls just to break even. I know that doesn't sound like much. But again, with so much competition in this field, what many will do is go to the store just to check the dolls out and then go buy on-line. If companies would have certain (in store) incentives that are better than deals on-line, that would get more people to the stores. Even so, I could only see such an operation in larger cities where there are more people. But larger cities means higher rents. So it becomes a catch 22.

I agree. While I don't have the emotional attachment as some do with their dolls, I wasn't happy about putting Eryka in a box and I found myself apologizing to her as well. When dressing though I did take her head off often because many tops I got her would require to have the arms straight up to get it over the head. That is a no can do with many dolls as it was specified in the instructions not to raise the arms more than 90 degrees (straight out). So to get such tops on her, I had to remove her head. However, I noticed that from doing this, I started to get a bit of wear on the skin near the bolt. So I started to look for other tops that didn't require removing the head, such as off shoulder and tie halter tops as well as tops with straps. But then one day I found a huge metal washer that happened to have the exact diameter hole as the post on Eryka's neck. It fit perfectly. So with the washer in place, the wear stopped, so now I do not worry about removing the head that much. But I still prefer outfits in which I don't have to take her head off. While she has a beautiful pull on halter sports bra, the last two sports bras I got her have a zipper on the front so again, I don't have to take her head off. So I am learning as I go as to what works well with her and what doesn't.

I know there will be a different learning curve with the ExLite too.
