She packed Lili so good and perfect there was NO bending of the body at all and nothing got "smushed" like I've seen so many other dolls getting shipped from others. She wasn't kidding when they taking shipping seriously! And I have to so, this new face is amazing. The best doll head I've ever seen. It's easy to stare a long time, lol. Not to mention the body, it's like it was made just for me. Glad I waited a bit for the doll industry to come around to a more natural body type.. The only thing I've done at all is just take a little bit of lipstick off of her with a wet paper towel. Otherwise she's she's great!
