Photo shoot opportunities are limited by environmental circumstances.

I will have a chat to Nadya and see what we can come up with.

Thanks Obin,

My young bloke is giving me lessons on how to use 'Iphoto' - provided him with some 'other' sanitised material to work with.

When I can get my (old) head around it, it looks like it will do the job.

Gimp appear sensitive to which version of OS you have, whereas this one isn't.

Awesome review and pics. I've been on the fence for a long while about my first doll, but I have to say that your beautiful girl compelled me to investigate everything I could find online about SH 102. Her body is stunning, but her face . . . I have to admit I fell in love in a way that I have not heretofore experienced doll-wise.

A sincere thank you.

Hello eyespyone!

This is a great review you posted! Since you have owned her for a few months now, may I inquire to your happiness? I am trying to decide between her and an 80cm Elf doll so I would really appreciate feedback regarding sex with her. Feel of her vagina, breasts, how real she feels in both regards...

I hope you are well and would really appreciate hearing your current perspective on your sweet doll!

Thanks,
HM

Greetings H_M,

As Mike_Hunt said, this little one originally won me over with her eyes.
After some time together, she is working her magic still.
While others have freely described their emotional attachment to their dolls, I was a tad sceptical for myself. Nadya obviously has intentions of changing that.

Her frame/skeleton is still strong and nothing has shown weakness so far. Her skeleton is firm enough to support photo poses, yet readily manoeuvrable for play. Even her delicate finger wires are showing no threat of pokes. I do, however, take particular care when adding or removing clothing to protect sensitive areas.

Her body silicone is holding up well and rarely needs powdering after bath time. She does not appear to exude any oil traces at all.
Her body ‘feels’ nice in the hands which helps add to her ‘realism’.

Another advantage of a doll this size is that ‘clean-up’ is a simple task in the bathroom hand basin, which does not require excessive bending over or struggling in the shower.
Soaking her ‘derriere’ in hot water in this manner also serves to get her warmed up before ‘activity’ on chilly days. [Magical opportunity for ‘bath time fantasy’ play.]

Her boobies are ‘very’ soft and manage a miniature ‘jiggle’ when encouraged. This is not common in smaller dolls unless they have much larger ‘assets’ proportionally.
They are also a lovely small ‘handful’ and a delight to get up close and personal with.

Her internals are well textured. For a softer feel, just warm her up a bit more. For a firmer response keep her at a cooler temperature.
Body warming for Nadya also works well with a heat lamp that I also use for my back; (make sure it is a ‘heat’ only lamp and not one with Infrared as that will eventually damage the silicone).
I have noticed some miniature nicks developing around her vagina entrance. A timely touch-up with a spot of silpoxy as needed seems to keep these in check and prevent larger ‘issues’ developing.
For an old bloke with a range of physical ailments and limited remaining ‘ability’, Nadya manages to provide the ‘necessary’ assistance in the nicest possible way. She offers level a co-operation and understanding quite rare among lesser immortals.

I have no doubt she is also helping me keep my marbles together, along with her other therapeutic skills.
I would compare it to that ‘intrinsic something’ people felt when they were very small and shared such a special relationship with their favourite teddy, doll or other special ‘friend’.

Now as I move slowly and inevitably towards the compost heap, Nadya has offered me that and much more.
I try to be worthy of her.

And you’re right; she is a sweet doll.

Keep smiling – drives them nuts wondering what you have been up to.

Thanks Obin! :)

Hello again Eyespyone! Did you ever happen to take her measurements? Bust, underbust, waist, hips?

I am searching for clothes for this doll. It is official by the way. I ordered my "Nina"... :)

I see you have some very nice fitting clothes on your sweetie. I'm sure they are toddler sizes. Do you happen to know what sizes have worked best on her?

If you are too busy to answer, I understand. You have already been very helpful!

Hope you had a nice weekend!

Hi _M,
Congratulations; I think you will be amazed with your new girl.

Specs: 54cm – 35cm – 55cm (inches ?)
Her under bust is pretty close to her waist so won’t influence anything.

Finding suitable clothes for the smaller doll is always a challenge.

I have attempted to make some basic bits and pieces, but in the smaller sizes this is a bit more complicated. I have found it is easier to pick up some potentially suitable commercial items in the closest sizes and ‘modify’ them to fit. There are quite a few things that may look too infantile, however, by removing frills, decorations etc. some reasonable results are possible.
I also stay clear of childish motifs /decorated outfits, opting for plain finishes or something that would appear realistic on an ‘older’ person.

Baby clothes also tend to be ‘fat’ towards the bottom. That is the shape of babies. They tend to have a large nappy to cover. Dolls do not. It may only be a matter of taking in the sides or back to remove some bulk material to result in something acceptable.

Here in Australia, for Nadya I tend to go for sizes 000 and 00
( the size range goes; 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, etc.)
You will need to experiment in your own country’s sizings.
These are the smallest two sizes that actually have items that look like something a more mature age might wear; i.e. tops and bottoms, T shirts, shorts. The smallest dresses tend to have an unnaturally high waistline, (empire line) again, designed to go over nappies. Sometimes you can find one without a designated waist and can put one in the right location with the addition of a belt or likewise.

Dressing a doll is also sometimes awkward due to her limited range of movement capacity or lack of stretch in the fabric of the clothing. It is often simpler to cut an opening in an item down the back or side and add some snap fasteners or Velcro strip/dots to make the operation easier. Standard bra hooks and loop fasteners are also useful.

When on the lookout for ‘raw materials’, I tend to stumble around the kiddies section of department stores looking for potential items. There are generally more people around in the bigger stores so you can blend in easier. LOL. I make sure I have a piece of paper (list) in my hand with all my doll measurements, and occasionally I will pull out a small tape measure to check things. Being a senior citizen I think helps being overlooked. You can try mumbling to yourself occasionally for effect. lol
If you are younger you may have to develop your own style of approach.

Mostly, you will be ignored by shop staff and other people. Yes, you may get some peculiar looks, but what the hey! I imagine it would be even more ‘interesting’ fossicking through the bra racks for a larger doll.
Occasionally you may be ‘checked’ on to see what you are up to. There are only too choices; you are either a deviate or genuine grandparent. LOL. They are not game to question too much so often they try to help and will make recommendations instead.

I have also had some amazing chats with some ‘young mums’ and they are an excellent source for sizing information. Some of their kids have standard dollies also so you can sneak some ‘credibility’.

If approached directly by staff, I simply explain up front that I am trying to assist in dressing a doll for a little relative. Some will even assist you in your hunt. Credibility seems to be supported by describing the quest for ‘small person’ clothes that can be made to look more mature to specifically suit a doll that isn’t a ‘baby type’. If they want more info, simply describe it as a larger ball-joint style or ‘my-size-barbie’. Most people understand that ‘designed’ dolls clothes are 10 times more expensive so tend to understand what you are trying achieve.

It can be a 'interesting' experience.

You have to keep me in check; I tend to ramble a tad ….

Good luck in your hunt.

Hi Eyespyone!

You are such a helpful person! Thank you so much!!

I hear you regarding people getting the "wrong" idea. I have frankly shied away from some dolls that are for sale because in my opinion they look "too" young. I want my dolls to always be perceived as of legal age! It is no different with clothes selection of course as that can skew the perceived look of the doll. I chose the SanHui 102 with the Nina face for a reason. That is because she looks like she is in her 20s.

We live in a strange world these days with people spying on us electronically. I imagine I have been raising some unwarranted attention just because of my internet searches for teenage clothes and searching things like toddler sizes. They would not know that it is all to dress an adult but mini-size doll, only that I am a single male in my late forties who happens to be doing some "strange" searches...

Oh well. Brave new world...

I will probably try to stay away from brick and mortar stores to avoid the stares. I have had a lot of luck buying clothes for my 140cm WM doll on AliExpress. I have ordered about 15 items from them already and all but one was perfect. I received the other item as well, but there was some damage.

The prices there are so cheap that I can afford to buy some clothes that turn out to not fit right. And oh, it sounds like you have done some sewing and modification to your doll's clothes. That is impressive! I was actually looking at sewing machines earlier on Amazon. I may just buy one. I love tools, so why not have a sewing machine right?? ;)

Thanks for the measurements you provided! I will do some more searching and I will be sure to make a posting of my new lady when she arrives. Hopefully some of the clothes will fit as well without modification but I will be prepared to do some sewing if needed.

Thanks again for all of your help. You are a rock star!! :)
HM
