Are you asking about sealing the vaginal tunnel. I have to find that thread and bump it.

I don't know about silicone caulk, but there are nitrile sealants that should work just as well, I imagine.

This does bond to TPE. In my experiment, it didn't bond well enough for my purpose, but it did bond the pieces.

I found where the type of silicone is suggested.

I'm wondering because I'm thinking of getting a silicone head in the future lol But also I'm speaking of the caulk inside her. I'm not specifically speaking of bonding the TPE together. I'd contact WM directly for that glue.

I found this site when doing a search and they supply a 3mm Polymax jacket.

Description: Although the based material is synthetic these are extremely strong jackets offering ultimate protection to optical fibers. They can survive stronger pulling and side pressure than the armored jackets can. They are very stiff and yet can be coiled to 20 mm radius without kink or any other permanent deformation

No idea on minimum length supplied, and there are no prices listed, however it's a product that exists, so perhaps electronics or cabling stores supply it. It would certainly appear to be a lighter alternative to metal gooseneck. As for durability, who knows, but probably no worse that what the dolls are supplied with.

I came across another product @ only $4.00 a pop.
