1) Greater than 70% IPA is flammable.
2) The salts build up could cause an explosion.
I don’t want to scare anybody. I just want you all to be informed.
To let you know a little back ground on me I make molecules to customers specifications.

new doll designs from bd and her sources.
All I know is that the companies she has,
are gravitating towards doll eyes that open/close
with gravity of lying down, which is not
done manually. And that seems like
an adaptation off a production line
of products that doent fit somehow.
At least for me.
But they just might be trying to
build a chinese version of my
favorite doll- the boytoy miss july.
But I cant confirm that.
I got a sturdy older model series, that was made
for beauty, longevity, and durability.
I'm sure bd can get whatever model you want though!
Good luck in your search dscorpion.
And absolutely!!!! ....
70% ISOPROPYL
is only recommended by me too.

A spray bottle for the alcohol would be a lot faster for cleaning. Just make sure it's dark colored (light sources will cause it to break down faster into water and CO2) and to of course keep it in a dark and cool place - under the sink for example.

You will want that with any silicone doll...flawed or not.
I used 2 ounces on mine, and now she is indestructable!
5 times today.
Keep us posted.

This is very interesting...especially since
we @ R-13 regularly sponge bathe our dolls in a soapy solution of
"DAWN" liquid detergent immediately prior to sending them to their new
homes. I've been using this detergent/bubble bath method for several
years now with absolutely no negative results. It's true, the 70%
alcohol will also do the job...however, a quality silicone doll can
actually be bathed in "Acetone" without being damaged. You may want to
contact your silicone supplier for answers regarding this problem.

This discoloration effect must be something that happens with only this brand of dolls, as I've never read it anywhere else.
Silicone doesn't absorb liquids as far as I know, so I wonder what material the breasts are made of.

(the "creator" is JMDoll, just one of the brands she sells)The creator didn't say too much about which specific silione it is, but not Tin for
sure. I am guessing it's about some kind business secret so he didn't want to say.
Here are some areas I need to repair (mouth and above insert.. and no, I dont spread her legs way out, hardly as much as a real girl spreads her own legs... Update: BeautifulDolls emailed me that she had indeed included a tube of glue for any damages that happen on the doll. I was unable to find it in all the stuff I had put away. I went to the box, and went through it again, pulling all the foam out. Sure enough, I heard something fall, and there it was... I''ll give it a try after work. Hard to read the instructions since they are in Chinese... =)

Wow, is that your doll? great looking doll you have! do you have more pictures? because I am going to buy a DaisyDoll just like that, but I can not find a lot of pictures or movies of her. Only on the BD site, but I like to see more if you have some, you will be my hero of the day!dolldater wrote:Do what you will.
But listen to obin... an advisor of expertise on this issue.
And keep the eyelashes protected,
when powdering the doll, after cleansing.
Powder caked up in my dolls eyelashes,
and I had to put in a new pair
of super-hooker eyelashes, and sharpie
in some heavy eye-liner to match.
I'm keeping this beautiful doll, forever. So rubbing alcohol is my bathing solution-
