The doll I ordered from BD just arrive today, I was so happy and excited.... until I opened the box.

How do I say it? Since she was my first doll, I kind of expected a lot... then all my expectations turned into disappointment. Well, she is cute, her body is beautiful... but theres one problem...
- the neck keeps falling forward

I'm a bit disappointed... but I want to keep her since she's my first... I think those defects are fixable, but I don't know how. I've sent an email to BD, hopefully she can tell me how to fix them.

I saw photos now. Of course it shouldn't have happened and I am 99% sure this what has happened is easy to repair. I will be in Shanghai tomorrow and I will talk with the guy that knows how to repair it and I will let you know. Really don't worry because to me it seems really easy to repair. I apologize for the problem. There is a tool that you have to use to put the head on... Without it, you can't.

well, i used to tool included to tighten the screw but still... the head keep falling forward...

Hello inferno, I agree about the great expectation on your first doll, the best thing to do is research a lot in this forum to make Sure the doll you will get. It sounds like a minor problem, I hope you fixit an start to enjoy your doll, and show more pictures!!!!!

Shes quite heavy, so it's hard to dress her. I have been busy lately so I didnt have time to learn how to do makeup....

Actually, she looks just like how i wanted her to look like, but there are some minor problem with her that I don't want to mention here. Anyway, the doll looks just like the one bd posted on the other thread despite some minor dents and flaws

Nice doll despite some minor flaws and dents... Was she sold as a pre-owned doll?
