Time to delivery?

Just curious others’ experience with ship times from date of order. Ordered 8/25, shipping label created 9/3. Not a word since from anyone. “Joy” has been unresponsive. The drop in communication makes want to start thinking about taking action.

For me it was 28 days from start to finish.
Also remember that BD is located out of China.
You have to remember the time difference. You might ask a question on Friday and not get answered till late sometime Sunday. Also Golden week and Chines New Year are both holidays that shut down the factory for an entire week or more.

I placed an order on 9/19. I never received a confirmation or any other communication. The payment showed up on my cc. When I check the status it says "processing". Is this normal? Does that mean it's processing the paperwork or is the doll in production?

Update! I just received an e-mail from Joy. She sent me photos of my completed doll. It's only been three days since I placed the order!

That’s good to hear! Yes, Joy is definitely on top of things over there. No need to worry.
I’ve contacted them before and had to wait for contact because it was their weekend.
Not only that, I imagine she’s very busy and can’t just sit on her computer waiting for emails to flow in.
I’m actually ready to order another WM from her right now, but I’m going to wait until Monday.
