Pippa was somewhat surprised to see herself working for a seller on ebay. She wrote to the seller saying that she was under paid and had the support of the Trades Union of Hard Working Dolls behind her.

The seller first said that the photos had been given to them by the manufacturer. Sam told me that he had not done so and that this seller in Spain is not an authorised reseller.

I found that they were using photos taken by Mahoro http://www.dollalbum.com/dollgallery/th ... album=5515 of Aira and Hitomi who I bought from him, as well as photos from Stacy http://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=131&t=65916. My doll from Mahoro is an old 158 and Stacy's a 160. The ebay seller was using the photos to market supposedly DS168 . . .

They also use photos of the JY fakes

Dear Kristel

I have been in touch with Sam at WM and he says that he has not authorised you to use my photos.

In addition to ebay I see that you are using my photos without my permission or consent on http://siliconesexdolls.us/1inc-583inc/ ... h-148.html which you have plundered from my postings and gallery on TDF.

If Sam authorises an authorised reseller to use my photos I am happy with that - but you are not an authorised WM reseller and he has not given you permission to use my photos.

If you agree to give me commission on sales then I am happy for you to use my photos but if not you have the dangers on your doorstep of someone who is _extremely_ _angry_ about being taken advantage of and his work being used for someone else's commercial gain.

I got this from Toby so together we stopped at least one person from being scammed:

seriously almost bought from them I pressed link on PayPal earlier....then canceled. I also told the lady I talked that I had a friend that said this was probably a scam. Didn't take that too well lol. That was while ago hadn't heard from her again.

Please note: Amazon does NOT recognize the DS Doll, Doll Sweet or EX Doll brand names. This seller can only gain access to Amazon by NOT mentioning the company name or brand.

Also, they claim that the dolls are "made in the EU" (= "Hergestellt in der EU") which is miselading. The images show dolls made in Dalian, China. Since they are no recognized reseller for DS, the question is: What do they sell, and where do they get it from?

And there is more, they offer numerous TPE dolls with images from WM Dolls and OR Doll but claim them to be made of silicone. Oh my… Houston, we have a problem. Noble knights to the rescue, please

So far these adds have lead to a couple people NOT making big mistakes.
I put the damage pictures first since it seems to grab their attention. The add from the spanish scammer should be right below mine and will show the picture they stole from Eric.
Once I hear back from Spedfish, I will post the picture if given permission to do so.

If you actually bought silicone dolls from them you're lucky - most of their dolls are TPE which they market as silicone.

In my own experience they have used my photos under arguable delegated permission but not authorised by me, stolen photos of one of my dolls taken by Mahoro her former owner, and likewise photos by Stacy Leigh.

TPE is a carbon based chemistry and Silicone is a silicon based chemistry, the materials having very different properties and in my view advertising TPE as silicone is dishonest.
