i got stuck on the site fansdolls.com and i wanted to know if someones made any experience with them , legit , fake ?
i ask because i throw my eye on a doll i didnt found on any other site i visited so far

Hey guys

Theres an update , i just got a response from wm and 6ye dolls and both stated that fansdolls.com is NOT a legit vendor for their brands and that they sell fake dolls

sadly i found some dolls of interest on their page and i didnt found them elsewhere so far ...

Try posting a link to the doll you want. Even if the site is not legit somone on TDF might know where to find it in an aproved vendor or manufacturer site.

I also found a doll that i wanted on a site that was not TDF approved and with the help of members here i was able to find and purchase her from a leget vendor.

Unfortunately they aren't an approved vendor, they had a doll I was interested in as well and contacted an approved vendor for the brand doll I was looking for and apparently the one I wanted was supposedly an exclusive for fans dolls unfortunately, but I won't order from them because the dolls listed as a 162cm and they have different height options which is a red flag, and then out of those height options none are for a 162cm, so double red flag. Oh well, tons of other great options out there.

Don't know if fansdolls.com is a scam or not, but the doll you're looking for, seem to be from 3Xdolls brand, model 148 cm

3Xdolls is not a totally unknown brand. They seem more or less specialized in small Asian / Japanese dolls, and also appear under different labels. A web site exist : https://www.3xdoll.us/. But if you look carefully, you can notice the copyright at the bottom of the page : Aibei. Even if it is not officially referenced here, this brand does exist. First time buyer here, I purchased from fansdolls monday evening. I did not know about TDF at that point but had done a couple of days of research into them and found some good things being said on third party sites.

I'm wondering if you guys could help me determine whether or not I need to get with PayPal and pull out of this ASAP

There are a few things making me uneasy.
1. Now that I know of TDF I see they aren't on your list of good dealers

2. Order still "in processing" according to their website order tracker after 3 days

3. PayPal receipt says the payee email address was ebay[long string of random numbers]@163.com which is strange for a japanese storefront with supposed us customer service locations

4. I am super concerned since as easina said 6ye, the alleged brand of this doll, has officially stated fansdolls is not legit

Should I bother going to fansdolls customer service at all to ask for reassurance or just go directly to paypal and file a claim?
Or should I just wait and see if anything actually arrives? I'm not super hard up for cash, so I can afford to wait and see before filing a claim.
I'm new to all of this and would appreciate any advice.
