Pros: these heads are super realistic in design, especially around the eyes
Cons: this is an older DS silicone formulation, and the skin, especially on the "Sandy" head is kind of shiny; the silicone is also on the firmer side, and if I'm being super picky there is a millimeter or so of cracking in the corners of the Sandy mouth (see photos)--this isn't noticeable unless the lips are pushed around, and it could be remedied with careful application of a very small amount of SilPoxy
As an option, these come with an unofficial 4Woods PVC adapter.
If you have a 4Woods with "Pure Skin", I've found these DS heads, with their "Pink Skin" match very well--the DS head was very slightly more reddish/pinkish than the 4Woods skin tone, but it was (to me) only noticeable under close study. I can't vouch for other color matches.
The adapter is a bit of a kludge, but it's not visible once the head is put on. It also doesn't require modification of the doll or the head (other than removing the four base screws and the head pin receptacle on the DS doll head; it's very easy to do, and of course reversible--this leaves a hollow cylinder that fits over the adapter; the base of the adapter is first fit over the 4Woods mushroom-shaped plastic neck peg, with a small pin to hold it on; the rubber washer goes around the base of the neck peg, to cushion the point of contact between head and doll).
