Unfortunately, it is not easy to really see the details of her face. She looks like she might be quite interesting, but I can't quite tell.
I would be very interested if you could please post some pictures that show her face from angles like:
from eye level,
with head tilted well back,
from both sides and
with head looking down.
There is no need for special lighting or shadows, just simple, even light that shows her features, but that is bright enough to get noise free, sharp pictures. A simple way to accomplish this would be to take the pictures outside but in the shade.

Im not trying to screw anyone, the head is like new besides the slightly faded lipstick.
