This is a great toy, can be a pain to wash, but those visuals
I like to grab the cheeks and spread them wide, makes it seem larger and loosens it up a little for more realism. Because of the design it will bounce back on you while you're using it, and is surprisingly durable if you lubricate it well (put a towel down first). Only one tiny sign of a tear in the anal entry when spread, and I have went to town and back on it.
