Very realistic, would be something interesting to attach to your Realdoll.
Bought this and a RD new from an old gentleman who had her for a short time but kept her in storage and then, sadly, passed away. This item was received wrapped in the foam wrap from Abyss, I opened it up to examine it and take pictures. Will be placed back in foam wrap when shipped.
