Body: No damages, right elbow joint a bit loose along side-to-side movement and right shoulder makes some noise when moved forward/backwards.
4Woods said it's likely to be caused by friction from the washers and wouldn't be an issue. I've had no problems with moving the joints themselves.
Nina head: None
Elle-Oral head: Her mouth was a bit split along the sides when I received her
Repairs made: Mouth repaired. Right side is unnoticeable, left side has a small white line, but should be fixable with the kit.

She has a built-in oriface, and the wig from the special gallery is the Natural long brown, which is not pictured as I have not opened the package for it yet.

This is a very new and beautiful doll, but I'm reducing the price in the interest of speeding things up.

She has an amazing range of motion similar to a real person as well.

Is the pubic hair detachable or built in?

The pubic hair should have been implanted after the body was made, so they're built-in but removable if you wanted to do so. Putting them back on however would require more work but I recall there being threads around that provide more information on doing so.
