If so, I guess I shouldn't have started it. I've seen the same body type on several American (I think) based sites like siliconwives.com. But though I wish to sell it, I don't know if I should continue the conversation. I've been a long time lurker, and what I wish to sell would've been perfectly acceptable a few years ago, I saw pictures of more questionable ones on this site maybe 3 or 4 years ago, and I believe they're all gone. So not to put myself at risk, or the forum, let me start over:

If a Chinese A cup going to be considered something you ban or would allow? It seems to be bases off breast size, as the same doll with huge breasts and wearing hello kitty things would probably be okay, but a small chested one that appears to be "grown" is somehow morally wrong, even if they are the exact height.

....don't matter anyway, probably wouldn't sell after not giving it very good publicity here already.

I've felt uncomfortable with this damn thing and wanted to return it immediately. My wife (yes, I'm married and wife approved due to issues she was having) seemed to like it more than I did, told me I'd regret getting rid of it, she dressed it for me and everything. It was supposed to be an Asian version of her, but don't ever specify to dollmakers in Asia a cup size unless you tell them one bigger than you want.

Afirmative

Staff moderate images based on presentation appearence, not he model of the doll, unless it has been already placed on the staff's banned list.

So, like I said, you can send me a PM with the intended images you want to use for the for sale, and I can advise you accordingly. It is impossible to make a judgement without seeing an image, as even a full scale doll can be made to appear too young, intentially or innocently, as everybody's thresholds for interpretation differ.

We recently had this exact issue with a WM 140 cm A cup with a head # 36, that purely due to improper styling and attire, was not assessed as being compliant with policy on YLDs.

Just be careful putting a silicone head on a TPE body that the 2 materials have a divider between them! Silicone will melt TPE quite quickly, I've tested it and within 1 hour the TPE surface on a WM doll's foot (underside) was getting gooey from light contact.

I see. Thanks for trying to work with me, that's awesome. With the story about the WM doll, now I know for sure. I don't see the problem, it's a matter of perception I guess.

I'll give a hint. It came from HG Dolls / Dollhouse168 and it is NOT the banned one. There's one you warned the vendor about and that's not what I ordered, but I'm wondering when I asked if they can make the breasts smaller than advertises, and Shannon said yes, that they just sent that body with the head I ordered. Not sure what all I can say, but name begins with L.

Perhaps I can make a post without the photos and just describe it, a link to where it came from, their "mods" and whatever else I need to describe? If not, I understand we got rules - Is there any other way anyone knows of in which I can sell this doll? I I'd rather stay within TDF guidelines.

Even with recently passed SESTA legislation you really think the police care about this? You have any examples of them going into a private home and seizing a child looking doll?

SynthetikReality95 wrote:No compassion. We need to establish a definitive guide and standard on what's considered underage, and agree on it through polling and extensive work between the TDF Staff and the community. There needs to be a very open line of communication here, stop hiding in staff only forums... Then, anyone who buys/shows something to be considered below that threshold; instant forum ban, and notify police agencies if the doll is extra kiddie. We must work WITH police to make our community above reproach.

Just my 2 cents, and coming from a very patriotic American who supports the hell outta the 4th amendment. It's just that important these days.

a small doll is easier to handle for sure and less work overall ma8ntenance wise but will always be questionable due to the height for some people. 100 to 118 cm dolls are cute and more affordable but if customs deems them underage its just a matter of time that people dont buy them anymore. sad but true. they should have some type of certificate with them to establish a clear identity of the doll as a replica of a young woman and also a sex toy NOT a real person. common sense is not a common thing anymore for lots of people and everything has to be spelled out for them sometimes. also there should be protective legal measures in place for a customer who is harrassed or falsely accused by some white knight agent trying to cry wolf over a properly identified doll just cuz it doesnt meet their standards. there are many reasons for people to buy different types of dolls and thats why they make them so to scrutinize someone unfairly is not right. legally there should be some protection for a customer and their investment against rogue customs agents just looking to stir the pot if in fact they are. also the smaller dolles should have more refined body types and faces to implement the adult look of a properly aged young woman as well. then all the bases are covered. like a smaller downscaled version of a 140 cm Katie doll just resized to a 100 to 118 cm body size if possible.

Hey, I have a related question.
I really like the YL 135 proportions.
She is pretty heavy (35kg) and has adult proportions. - https://reallovesexdolls.com/135cm-c-cup-bobbi/

Think there are any issues of such nature with that ?
And what can I do, to avoid such issues ? I don't want to carry a WM/OR 163 around, not even sure I can lol.

RW, looks adult to me in face and body.

Here's the representation problem.
Adult body doll w/a youngish face generally ok, but....
Take that doll and put it in childish cartoon dress. Put ribbons in the dolls hair. Add a Teddy Bear and pose the doll where the large breast cannot be seen. Now it looks like a child.

I've even see vendors post stock photo's from the Chinese manufactures of doll w/ hair ribbons, suckers in mouth and Teddy Bear. Those pics did get quickly pulled from TDF, but some of the Chinese manufactures or marketing dept don't realize the issues of such dolls beyond their border.
Going downtown. Gonna see my gal. Gonna sing her a song. I'm gonna show her my ding dong! C&C

Ah, I'm not into that. I just like this one's waist to hip ratio. I couldn't find a bigger doll with this body shape. Except maybe we 160, but I don't know if the 45kg weight is manageable.
I think that this one looks more adult than some 156 plus dolls to be honest.
But thanks for the reply!

Please be aware that in many countries the law against child porn includes all artificial representations of underage humans. Therefore a sex doll that represents an underage human is illegal. If you want to talk about common sense, you may have to explain your opinion in court.

In regards to small dolls that are clearly just down-sized, representing an adult woman, this shouldn't be an issue. As stated several times in this thread, down-sized dolls representation an adult human are allowed at TDF. The problem is that many small dolls have childllike faces and often a childlike body/head-ratio. These dolls, even if breasts are big, are not allowed.

Hi All, Does anyone know the latest requirements in the UK for compliance with the law, I've been told it's all based on height not appearance, is this right ?? if so .... what height is a child and what height is an adult ??
