Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
This time I combined it with whole body and up image.
Leslie becomes a face of a doll when it comes to pictures,
Her head of 135 cm feels like a living person.
I do not know why it is different.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
You asked about makeup! What makeup can do is give a bit more definition to the facial features, like cheeks and jaw. However, if you do try, you need to only give a hint of colour or she’ll look like a clown! Believe me, I’ve done that to at least one of mine!
What I haven’t gathered here is what camera you are using. If it’s a phone camera that can give a ‘flat’ appearance to a doll. Digital SLR cameras have areas they can focus on.
Anyway, you could try a bright light to the side and if that looks awful shine it on a white sheet just so you get light coming from one side more than the other. That might help with definition.
Cheers, Hollows.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
My camera is not high performance, but it has a big lens.
The problem with this camera can not be confirmed whether the monitor screen size is small and good shooting.
Leslie is very beautiful, but I can not shoot a realistic picture.
I makeup the cheeks and jaws.
I also put eye shadow.
I fixed the eyelashes and eyebrows a bit.
I also makeup lips, but I am not good here.
How about before makeup and after makeup?
VIOLA also makeup.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
The reason I wondered about the camera is that if you can put it on manual you can experiment with lower light levels and manually set the camera. Sometimes in low level light the photo can be a bit grainy but also you can achieve some interesting effects!
I don’t want to hijack your thread but here are three of my ladies in a quick selection (only as examples):-
Rosheen in low light where it has gone grainy, although I can’t remember now if I edited it to enhance the grain! Vivette in relatively low light but then using photo editing in my Windows10 photos! Ashaki in low light but lit from behind right. Cheers, Hollows.

Thank you a lot of advice.
<The Doll Forum> is a website that everyone can use freely.I don’t want to hijack your thread but here are three of my ladies in a quick selection (only as examples):-
I want many members' opinions.
I am waiting for your words and pictures.
My girlfriends are in my office.
There are lots of things that I do not want reflected in the photograph and I can not make good light.
Is there a good way to hide the background?

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
I did this with the lights off, a black back cloth and just two candles!
(If you want to see a few more of that shoot have a look here viewtopic.php?p=1224882#p1224882)
However, I think you need to work out how you can get a more direct light effect first!

Thank you Harem for these threads, I see what you mean about hands and eyes. I am also a beginner of taking photos of my gal and all the information has been very helpful. I gotta add, that lighting has a big part in the quality of the picture. I have read a bunch on shading, shadows, soft and heavy light colors. Lighting can play a big roll. I love the smile on your OR156H what a cutie! Thanks again.haremlover wrote:It's body posing, fingers, what to do with the hands - and feet - and eye posing that are the secrets.
I have a secret that I don't let on about much - my Dad was a porn addict and recently my wife and I have had to tidy up his house to some extent. He's collected calendars and one or two Mayfair magazines, all of which are a textbook guide to posing. PM me with your email address and I will send some sets of pics to you. Put your doll in the closest possible position to one of the live poses . . . and then vary the angle and see how she wants to change it.
This is what I did to create the set of Mayfair Porn photos of the OR156H http://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/forum ... post127608

Thank you a lot of advice.
I will use both lights.
anglepoise lamp&Room lighting
Pictures with few lights are very difficult.
Practice is necessary.
I want to make it a beautiful photo and a real photo.
Leslie head is difficult to make real.
SquezzeMe Hello
I also thank Harem
Your Esra is very sexy.
But I was too heavy to carry a size of 158 cm or more.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
Certainly Leslie's picture is beautiful as art.
But it looks like a doll's face.
It is regrettable that she does not look like a living person like 135 cm of her.
Next time I am trying to challenge art pictures with her of 135 cm.

I'll tryTry tilting her head maybe and possibly turning it slightly rather than having her neck straight up!
I'd like to make a picture like a real person some day like CoverDoll's girls.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
This time, I tried real photographs with Kylie.
Ah, I see! So the lighting you have is office lighting with strip lights I presume? Can you plug in a single light source like an anglepoise lamp? If you can and can turn the office lights off you may find u
I took a picture with these two elements.Try tilting her head maybe and possibly turning it slightly rather than having her neck straight up!
Focus will be worse if it is a dark place.
It became better using POTOSHOP.
I think that I became like a living person.
Thank you TDF members.

Re: I understood a little how to shoot good pictures.
Yes darker lighting can be tricky and sometimes I’ve used five or six different lights each showing part of my ladies I want to emphasise with light and shade (and even one to get rid of dark shadows behind occasionally). With my Ashaki, who’s black, she often comes out very dark compared to the girls next to her in a group shot so I use a separate light just on her sometimes.
Don’t forget, we were all pretty useless taking photos of our ladies at first and we’d get the odd one that was good. So, practice helps! The problem now for me when doing a shoot is that I might take 30 or 40 photos and have a job choosing which ones to post!! Sometimes they are all just as I wanted them (although it is still rare that happens!)! So keep going and keep trying!
One thing you might want to start doing now is writing down what you’ve done before taking photos. That way you can change just a tiny bit for the next batch and see if it’s better or worse!
Cheers, Hollows.
