Just trying an experiment to see if I can host my images offsite instead of uploading them both here and there.

Hi Broven, yes one photo showed but there were three dots above the text that could have been markers. did you upload just this image?

Yeah, it was just the one. The three dots was me doing some fancy formatting... lol.

Glad to know I can just upload images to Flickr and then share them here. It works pretty nicely, and lets you choose what size to make the image here when you create the link. Seems clever (though maybe that's a common thing that photo sites do - no idea lol).

just so you know i believe if your flicker account gets shut down all pics here disappear also (at least it happened with photo bucket). some sites are deleting nudes so be careful what you put on there site.

Man, life is so full of uncertainty..

But that's a good point, CG. I see tons of nudity on Flickr, and I don't see anything prohibiting it on their site, but yeah, they could change their policy at any time...

Something else for me to think about. Dammit. lol.

Our first year together is almost over. The second is going to be even better, I have no doubt. I kinda have a bunch of stuff going on for the next week or so, so I'm guessing that I won't be able to take any photos of lovely Anna until some time after our actual anniversary.

So... I thought I would just take a moment to bid farewell to that first year and welcome in the next.

It got me thinking about how the relationship between Anna and me has developed and changed. It's safe to say that the honeymoon phase has mellowed into a more comfortable situation. We still have our "honeymoon" moments, but we've found what I think is a healthier balance now. I know that probably doesn't sound very romantic, but the thing is... it really is romantic. I'm not an "intense" person. And though I enjoyed that intense period, where I couldn't stop thinking about her, and I arranged my life around her, I'm much more content with the new us. We can both have our fun separately, take care of business, and when we are finally together at the end of the day, it's like slipping into a warm cozy bed. I don't know... it seems more special now somehow.

Anyway.... Year One is, as they say, going out like a lamb, and Year Two feels like it's coming in like a lion. And that got me to thinking about ideas for a couple of photos...

: At first this was just going to be a cute pic of Anna Marie petting a lamb or something similar. She pointed out that lambs actually smell kinda bad in person and she didn't really want her hand to small like lamb all day long... (This is the kind of comments that I've learned to love lol). Anyway, a few drinks later and I came up with this... No idea where this came from or what she thinks is so obvious... I'll leave the interpretation to you. :P; Lamb.jpg (1.64 MiB) Viewed 861 times

Thanks for everything, all of you! This has been a roller coaster of a year. But I'm glad for all of it. And I'm so happy to have gotten to know you folks! I know some better than others, and none of you as well as I would like. This is a fantastic community and I'm proud to be a part of it, however small a part I may play. Sincerely... Thank you!!

great pics of miss anna, happy anniversary we hope you both have many more years ahead of you. i think some kids on farms ride on pigs so why not a sheep. bet that lion has bad breath she needs a gas mask.
