I don't want to spread hate or anything here, but as the customer you have a contract with the vendor and if you as a customer complain at the delivery company they may have a laugh or something more but nothing more will happen I guess.
They only have a contract with your vendor and might laugh about your complaints.
I would be surprised if Anung got any refund from the delivery company.
We also don't know who really damaged the doll and where he or she is working for.
Very poor packaging is typical for Chinese products and will lead to serious damage if the shipping company treads the package like written in the contract.
Please read your (your vendor's) shipping contract. Often it says the package might be dropped 1 meter (100cm) etc. to save money for cheaper shipping and the package is not made for this!!!!
This is not a joke, I deliver many parcels to different countries per week!
There's no law which could get you any refund in the countries I know.
The only person which can help you to prevent you and others from the same experience is the person or vendor you got your doll from.
He or she has to stop this to prevent others from the same experience!
I'm a vendor myself and I'm a friendly person, but I hate how other vendors try to put the responsibility for delivery problems to customers!
I also understand moderators don't want to write negative things about vendors.
