I'm not a comic book guy but that's interesting. Says she was drawn to look like Natalie Portman and I've totally dig her. Guess I'll have to do a Black Swan scene. I've also been told she looks like Alyson Hannigan and I think I see Morena Baccarin's eyes in the #74 head.

Probably because the originals were shot at like 5700×3600. Resizing is the only editing I do. Any effect like b&w are done in camera without changing the settings.

I do apologise Urdor, I'm somewhat late arriving at your thread. It was in fact your entry in the contest this month which drew me to Beth's utterly gorgeous face.
She really is extremely beautiful and I think you have brought out a part of that beauty in your photographs of her here. I'm sure she is even more beautiful from close quarters. She has one of the, if not the, prettiest faces I have ever seen on a doll. Her cheeky smile is absolutely adorable and you've really done her proud with some of these great shots of her. Your photography is first rate and I love your black and whites.

Really glad to have found her at last and I'll be checking in from now on to see more pictures of her.

I leave you now with this picture I was messing around with. If any of our more advanced editors would give their opinion on how they would have merged the two photos without a blend tool it would be much appreciated. I know the light isn't being reflected off her back on the right and that's why it's darker. Would you have just thrown in a brighter layer and erased to blend?
