Hey Swanny! A big congratulations! A beautiful choice! Narumi looks smooth man! Now to answer the question of how to get the expression less surprised:
1st off, get that lip gloss going. The one I recommended before will do her lips great! They will look more inviting wet, than surprised and dry. If you still desire a more closed mouth look, just insert a small ball between her neck and chin. you know the spot I'm talking about. just slip it up into that space.
2nd and the most important. Ready? Drum roll please... Move her eyes, more specifically the pupils up under the upper eyelid more. lets say about one 3rd of the pupil should be covered under the lid. the bottom of the iris should rest just nicely on the bottom lid. Now use her head to direct her stare. Wait till you see the difference! the more her head has to point down the better. you can go to far too. Don't make her look evil. Just the right balance of head more down and eyes up under the lid should do it then with practice. she won't look so surprised unless you want her too.

Try pushing the eyes deeper into her head. Also you could glue in some teeth, like I did!

I moved her eyes in increments and found this to be the best result
