Its a bit awkward, but if youve found heels that are just too big but you really want to take them for a spin... they do sell harnesses quite cheap...

Your dolls are cuties and I love this pair of White Heels one of your Dolls is wearing while she's stretching on the chair....tremendous

Also, I've never seen those harnesses before, where do you buy them and can you get them in different sizes, colors and material to match the Heels? I have a couple pair of size 5 Heels for Lorrie that fit her a little big......HHHhhmmmm ....thanks for the heads up

Thanks Masai. Not sure on the color of the straps, i have them in black and white, quick search on Amazon turns up clear ones from Pleaser. Its a nice thing to have a few extra sizes to pick from! And even if they do happen to fit well, its kind of hot that they wont fall off when the going gets rough.

I used to use 16 gauge steel sheetmetal but found that's a pain to make them with and 18 gauge steel sheetmetal much easier and does same job.
I like steel as it is stronger and just much easier to make with steel using a pair of metal snips to cut out the pattern drawn on it then smoothing out the edges with a file and carefully matching up the bolt holes to mark them and drill them out then simply screw back in bolts with plates on the feet.
Note that I also bend the plates slightly during the making process.
