UPS found it after 3 months and shipped her to me 2 weeks ago.

So now I have 2 dolls

6Ye promised to pick her up, which is of course ok since they sent me her twin sister.

It was time to 'grab the bull by the horns' and try redoing her makeup.

First time ever for me, but no need to worry since nowadays you can learn anything just by watching youtube.

I tried makeup removers and wet wipes, they did nothing..
I found the best way to clean up the old makeup is to gently rub baby oil with your fingers, wiping the smudge off with dry tissue every now and then.

Took me nearly 2 hours and a sixpack to clean her up, apply some base powder, frame and fill her lips, do the eyebrows (think I did them over and over again like 5 or 6 times), apply some eyeshadow, blush and finally fix the lashes.

I was using several metallic colours for the eyes, the result was slightly messy, did not came up as expected... but I didn't beat myself up since the last time I was holding a brush I was painting my house

Also the cheap-ass ebay makeup brushes had a lot of static electricity, they seemed to pick every piece of flint in the house.

Well, quite the effort but I guess the next time will be easier

Factory eyes are not so great and next to impossible to line up properly. Need to order some MF eyes first thing in January.
