Hi nomsans, Welcome to TDF

Katie is head #21 from WM, but she has the SM136 A cup body.

Also SM has a heads list that has the body sizes listed for each head: https://www.sm-doll.com/Head-c10046.html

Some other manufacture heads may fit but it will always be a risk that the skin tone will not match up well. The only way to be sure the skin tones match between the body and head is to order a doll complete from one manufacture. I got lucky that Katie's head and body match so well.

SM Doll doesn't have many choices for 140 and under, especially european faces.

the WM heads i'm interested are in '135 and over' at the dollsfrance site. like #153 and #250 (but they don't show that one). these two heads actually look kinda small on the 156 bodies that are usually shown, so they may work for 136. some WM 125-140 cm heads are ok, but not my first choice.

With regard to skin tone, I'm trying to match SM 'pink'. Which it seems WM 'pink' seems to match best.

hi metric,
i'm having a little trouble dressing my 'katie'. what sizes do you recommend for tops, shorts, bras, bikinis, etc? unfortunately, most clothes don't give exact dimensions.

i like tight fits to accentuate her curves. i've learned to definitely get something with spandex. one problem i find is that what fits nicely on the thighs ends up being loose around the waist. any suggestions and/or links would be helpful.
