So the Wet! Water Based lube in the clear bottle is what used to be Wet! Platinum Water Based in the black and blue bottle, right? I would guess the change is to differentiate it from the silicone based Wet! Platinum.
Not a super important topic or anything, I'm just super analytical and my curiosity gets the better of me.
