Let me get this straight. Was the hanging eye bolt installed and threaded in the back when you received her? (I hope not). That doesn't seem like a very good idea at all, no matter how heavy she may be. Whats the point in having that thing sticking out her back during shipping.

Carver , yes the bolt was in her , they are bolted in to the crate. My crate was dropped so hard it bent the eye bolt ,still hoping there was no damage that will show up later !
