You TB is fine, Pit Viper. Both my TBs loosened up that way after a month or two. I even wrote Dave & Jenny about it, and they said its normal for the arms to do that. Its just the stuffing around the shoulders loosening up. The joints are ok as long as they still rotate.

Hi-ya, sarahbobearah. Yes, TeddyBabes are VERY soft, but also firm, like really a good pillow. They have a bendy (wire) skeleton, but you can't really feel it unless you squeeze really hard. You won't be disappointed if you get one.
