Its TPE and will wear off quickly, but yes I agree have them fix. Take into account Silicone lovers has to contact factory to fix as they don't have an onsite person. Be patient they will get it corrected.

Quick update: We are close guys Louie and his team are hard at work correcting an import issue for me and I know they will resolve it with the same professionalism they’ve shown thus far. I’ll update with full review and unboxing hopefully soon god willing.

SLE is a silicone blend so I would assume not.
