Yes, I have implanted. I think it will be more real. So I can only choose standard head.

By the way, which of the two is more realistic to use. my dolls have fixed vaginas so i couldnt tell you on how using inserts feel. if youre worried about clean up process like i said you can use female condoms to make clean up easier so its like having the best of both worlds....
